Project Overview
Design Scope spanned the Public Open Space and Mixed Use Commercial Facilities for Tendering and Expression of Interest. The Spaces were to be highly flexibile spaces that accommodated various marine based services and retail. All works were to be compliant with the The Spit Masterplan and associated design guidelines.
