The Shores Motel Group – Surfers Paradise

Michael Mitchell Greenspaces were engaged to prepare the Refiurbishment Masterplan for soft, hard landscape and Lobby space for The Shores Motel Group Surfers Paradise.  This Landscape Refurbishment addressed Arrival Experience, Pavement Treatments, Security Gates/ Intercom & Pavement Treatments.  Soft Landscape balanced the retention of existing plants and the introduction mature Livistona & Bismarck Palm.  The Soft Landscape consists of a Palette of Coastal Sub-tropical PLant Palette that enhances & softens the Built Form.
