Project Overview
Michael Mitchell Greenspaces prepared a Landscape Refurbishment Masterplan for Front Yard, Arrival Driveway and Intergration with new Garage / Showroom.
The Frontyard and arrival space was envisioned to be an Entertainment Space where the Client could greet & entertain guests or hold events overlooking the adjacent Parklands. The space utilised a sloped portion of land and also created a sense of Granduer when arriving at the Refurbished Residence and new Car Garage / Showroom. Michael Mitchell Greenspaces prepared Conceptual Refurbishment Plans and 3D Visualusation (Model & Rendering) to help communicate the vision to the Client.
Based on Recommendations fom previous Projects and satisfied Clients this is our 3rd project on the same street in Chemla, Brisbane (Refer C Residence Resort-style Pool & Garden Terraces' & 'CM Residence Entertaining Front of House and Entry').
