Project Overview
Michael Mitchell Greenspaces prepared a Conceptual Landscape Refurbishment Masterplan, Detail Landscape Design Services along with the initial Project Visioning on this Landslip impacted Residence.
Our Team worked closely with the Client and coordinated with Contractors to develope a cost-effective retaining solution that would allow project funds to be allocated to the development of multiple recreational terraces, maximising the steep topography and limited space.
On completion, the terraced recreational spaces feel spacious, enhancing the sense of space and providing opportunities for social interaction or momnts of solitude. While the retaining walls, terraces and planting were completed in December 2024, the soft landscape is still establishing.
We'll coordinate final established photos of the internal spaces with the Client in due time. Another successful Landscape Transformation - Well done Team!
