  • MR Residence Outdoor Entertaining + Pool Terrace Landscape Refurbishment

    Project Overview: Landscape Refurbishment Masterplan for Arrival Front Yard, transitional side access and Rear River Entertainment Zone & Pool. The Entry space was design to accommodate big Family events and in-laws living in a Granny Flat. The River Entertainment space with new Colonnade to match existing House Style, Paved & Turfed Terrace, Outdoor Smoker + Kitchen, Outdoor Firepit, Custom Pool, Timber Pool Deck & Stone Wall with private Outdoor Shower. This space connects with Outdoor Cinema and side entry for Guests.

  • MB Outdoor Entertaining + Pool Terrace Landscape Refurbishment

    The Landscape Refurbishment Masterplan focuses on the Arrival Front Yard, transitional side access and Rear Pool Entertainment Zone. The Entry space was design to accommodate big Family events while incorporating functional items like Sheds and easy maintenance access. The layout maximsed social interaction while utilising soft, ephemeral flowering plants, Arbors & random stone paving to create a memorable visitor experience along with access to Outdoor Dining and Firepit Zones. Additional enhancements included Home Office and Refurbished Pool Precinct overlooked by the Outdoor Dining and Firepit Zones. The Design enhances functionality of the Pool, incorporating a Water Lounge, Pool Bench and shallow water zone for young kids, Sauna, Informal Outdoor Movies, Sky Hammocks and improved circulation and access.

  • CM Residence Landscape Refrubishment

    Michael Mitchell Greenspaces prepared a Landscape Refurbishment Masterplan for Front Yard, Arrival Driveway and Intergration with new Garage / Showroom. The Frontyard and arrival space was envisioned to be an Entertainment Space where the Client could greet & entertain guests or hold events overlooking the adjacent Parklands. The space utilised a sloped portion of land and also created a sense of Granduer when arriving at the Refurbished Residence and new Car Garage / Showroom. Michael Mitchell Greenspaces prepared Conceptual Refurbishment Plans and 3D Visualusation (Model & Rendering) to help communicate the vision to the Client. Based on Recommendations fom previous Projects and satisfied Clients this is our 3rd project on the same street in Chemla, Brisbane (Refer C Residence Resort-style Pool & Garden Terraces' & 'CM Residence Entertaining Front of House and Entry').

  • C Residence Riverside Pool & Landscape Refurbishment

    Project Overview: The Refurbishment Masterplan including Project Visioning, Conceptual and Detail Landscape Design services for the originally Mexican styled Pool Terraces destroyed by the 2011 Brisbane Floods. We worked closely with the Client to create, not just a garden design but a complete hard and soft landscape vision focusing on Client lifestyle and user experience for Client and their Guests. The Project Visioning creating a Casual BBQ Terrace for everyday use to the Pool Entertaining Terrace with Custom Pool, Outdoor Kitchen, Gym, Daybed, Outdoor Dining leading to Sun Terrace + Amphitheatre and Finally the Garden Terrace + Turf Zone, Orchard & Jetty. Through our collaborative process we craft a contemporary Resort Style which included a custom Pool refurbishment with Water Lounge, custom Glass Mosaic Pool Tiles, Water feature and Wall Art.

  • H Residence Sanctuary Cove Landscape Masterplan

    Project Overview: This Luxury New Build with renowned Architect Bayden Goddard Design Architects located within the exclusive Sanctuary Cove. The Landscape Design incorporates an Arrival & Pool Entertaining Precinct utilising a lush Resort Style Sub-tropical landscape. The Landscape Design Works also included Streetscape and Coordination & Approval with Sanctuary Cove Body Corporate Services.

  • TC Residence Pool Terrace Landscape Refurbishment

    Project Overview: The Refurbishment includes Project Visioning, Conceptual and Detail Landscape Design services for this canal Pool Terrace. Through our collaborative process we crafted a contemporary Resort Style which included a custom Pool refurbishment with Water Lounge, In-pool shallow bench and Table and Lounge Shelter with Green Roof to mitigate the impacts of the Western Sun, improve usability and user experience. The Landscape Design proposed a Firepit transition between the upper terrace and Pool Terrace. Other inclusion includes refurbished Spa, Kitchen garden and Coastal Tropical Landscape with soft random stone.
